HOW TO HARD RESET YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

Are you having trouble with your android devices, is your touch screen giving you problems and have exhausted all the possible solutions including the "Factory Reset" in settings. Well there is still a chance that you can resurrect your phone again. I'm going to show you a way that I recommend best to use.
Its so easy to use, you just have to know the HOT KEYS

1. Hot Keys
Now first you have to charge your device up to at least 50%, its a small process which doesn't take long.
You have to switch off your device and on switching it on, you will have to press and hold a combination of hot keys at the same time.
I'm going to give you three combinations of hot keys but you only need one. Depending on your device if one fails to work trying using the other one
i)   Volume up + Volume Down + Power
ii)  Volume up + Home + Power
iii)  Home + Power
Keep holding the keys at the same time until the screen below pops up

Now what you need is the "wipe data/factory reset" option
Use the VOLUME keys to scroll to the "wipe data/factory reset" option
Press the POWER key to select
You will see a screen like this when you select

Now there are a bunch of NOs, this is just make sure that it wasn't by mistake
Use the VOLUME down key to scroll to "YES" for the reset to happen
Press the POWER key to select the Yes
Now you will see a screen like this

After this, the phone will restart itself and return to its factory resets as it was in the box
 YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.
