For this to work you will have to use SMARTCAM software. You will have to install this both on your PC and on your mobile. It works fine using Bluetooth or WiFi connection of the mobile to the PC.

1. Download SMARTCAM and install it on your PC
2. Download smartcam and install it on your mobile. (search in the app store for your mobile device for "smartcam webacam")
3. Now start up SMARTCAM on your computer and go to: File > Settings and check on the connection and proceed > next step
4. Turn on wireless connections on your mobile, bluetooth or wifi
5. Open the SMARTCAM app on your mobile and go to: Options > Connect
You will be asked for server name and you will type in your Computer's IP address or your system name
